Mrs. McDonald
Mrs. McDonald leads Perry Central High School (PCHS) as the Principal for the 2025-2026 school year. She has over thirteen years of experience in education with her leadership focused on service, being intentional, and people. Mrs. McDonald has her Bachelor's and Master's in Elementary Education and two Specialist degrees - one in Instructional Leadership and a second in Educational Leadership. She begins her career with PCHS after serving in a plethora of roles including substitute, elementary teacher, District PLC Leader, Academic Coach, English I teacher, Instructional Facilitator, and Assistant Principal at Meridian High School.
Mr. Austin
Mr. Austin comes to Perry Central High School (PCHS) as the Assistant Principal for the 2025-2026 school year. He is an accomplished educator with a strong commitment to student growth, academic excellence, and community engagement. He has a Bachelor and Master of Arts in Secondary Educational as well as a Specialist in Educational Leadership. Mr. Austin brings a passion for empowering students and believes every student has unlimited potential. He starts this year with PCHS after working at Petal High School where he was awarded the Mississippi Teacher of the Year in 2021.
