Who do I contact if I have a question about attendance?
Please contact Ms. Olivia Wells for questions regarding attendance, absences, attendance records, or related concerns.
How do I request additional excused absence days under the new attendance law?
Requests for additional excused absence days must be submitted through the district’s official request form. Visit the Perry County School District website, click Student and Family Resources, and then select Superintendent Excused Absence Approval Request.
This is the ONLY way to request approval for additional excused absence days. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.
Who do I contact if I need information about an ACT voucher?
Please contact Mrs. Purvis, Mrs. Ford, Career Coach, or Mrs. McDonald for assistance with ACT vouchers.
Who do I contact about enrollment?
Please contact Mrs. McDonald, Mrs. Purvis, or Ms. Olivia Wells for questions regarding student enrollment.
Who do I contact about the Achievement Center?
Please contact Mr. Austin for questions regarding the Achievement Center.
Who do I contact about athletics?
Please contact Coach Griffin for questions regarding athletics, sports participation, or athletic programs.
How do I schedule a parent-teacher conference?
Parents and guardians may request a conference directly with the teacher through SchoolStatus or by contacting the Perry Central High School front office at 601-964-3235.
Where can I find the Student Handbook?
The Student Handbook is available on the Perry County School District website under Student and Family Resources.
Who do I contact if I need to schedule an appointment with the principal?
Please contact Ms. Ashley Jones to schedule an appointment with Principal McDonald.
Who do I contact if I have an academic concern about my child?
Parents and guardians are encouraged to contact the classroom teacher first. If additional assistance is needed, please contact the front office so we can connect you with the appropriate administrator.
Who do I contact about my child’s schedule, credits, or graduation requirements?
Please contact Mrs. Purvis for assistance with student schedules, credits, graduation requirements, and academic planning. If further assistance is needed regarding a student’s schedule, you may also contact Mrs. McDonald.
Who do I contact about college, career, scholarships, or postsecondary planning?
Please contact Mrs. Purvis or Mrs. Ford, Career Coach, for assistance with college and career planning, scholarships, and postsecondary opportunities.
